Everything Bagel using Coconut Flour

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, riced into 3 cups
2 tbsp organic almond flour
1 tbsp organic coconut flour
1 tbsp almond flour
2 large organic eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt

Topping

1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chopped soaked then dehydrated walnuts
1 tsp dill seeds
1 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 Farenheit
2. In a food processor,  pulse cauliflower until it is of consistency of rice
3. In a bowl, combine the eggs, cauliflower rice, the almond flour,  the coconut flour, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl combine toppings
5. Cover baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper
6. Make four same sized balls about 3.5 inches in diameter and lay onto parchment paper
7. Sprinkle toppings and slightly press them into the top
8. Bake for about 20 minutes until it feels like bread (will be chewier than if you choose the broil option)
9. Remove from baking sheet and let it cool directly on a cooling rack
10. Serve with your favorite sandwich ingredients while still warm
