Freshen up to start your day and enjoy this gluten-free smoothie with an infusion of coconut flour! The weather is getting colder so treasure these last days when you can have a smoothie mid morning. You might want to start thinking about switch over to juicing and soup. Don’t forget your probiotic foods!

Healthy Coconut Flour Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 tbsp. organic coconut flour
¼ cup purified water
4 organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ ripe large banana (frozen, but not too ripe)
8 oz fresh watermelon (if you can get it)
1 tbsp Perfect Food (Green Formula) from Garden of Life
1 tsp white chia seeds
1 cup almond milk

Procedure:
1. In a small bowl, whisk your coconut flour and water.
2. Scoop it into a blender.
3. Add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.
4. Enjoy!

NOTE: For an extra source of protein and to make it a bit different, try two tablespoons of almond butter before you blend, preferably fresh.
