Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, very ripe
3 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp fine brown sugar
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter a loaf pan. Add wet ingredients to a mixing bowel and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add dry ingredients one at a time and mix well. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 10-15 minutes, and remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.

Instructions

6 Pastured eggs

2 tbsp raw honey

1/2 cup grassfed ghee, coconut oil or butter *, melted

1/2 tsp celtic sea salt

3/4 cup organic coconut flour, sifted

1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
Directions

In a medium-sized bowl mix eggs, ghee Sea, honey and * salt until well-blended. Combine sifted coconut flour and baking powder, and whisk them slowly into the batter until no lumps remain. Spoon the batter into a small greased loaf pan (9x5x3 or smaller).

This unsweetened bread can be sliced and enjoyed much like many other bread It has a different texture and taste than wheat breads because it lacks gluten and doesn’t contain yeast. This recipe can be doubled for a larger loaf, or divided into 2 smaller loaf pans for a nice tea bread.

    Low carb = low cal. That’s why it works. Plain and simple. When you reovme one whole macronutrient from your plate, you reduce your calories by approx 1/3rd. Was nothing to do with food type. You can lose weight eating pasta, or rice, or yams. So long as you run a calorie deficit. I eat lean protein, carbs, fat. I just eat less and I exercise more. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and kept it off 2 yrs now. Eat from smaller plates. Ur eyes see a full plate, but ur eating less. Go walking too
